I am back - and so is Joe!

I just got back into town to do my radio show on SL Live Radio and I was pleased to see I sort of arrived where I left off.    Last thing I remember since my show (just a few days before I headed for Europe), I had attended a special show introducing Ontario's Joe Borowsky (Soul Vision), as in who he is - his music, message, and vision.... and now nearly three weeks later he is about to give us another wonderful concert on Monday 6/29 featuring his hot-off-the-press album.  Head to Key West, 7PM SLT, for his release party. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Key%20West%20Island/116/99/30/

I will definitely play some of his music today (in less than an hour to get us all psyched) about his new album.

Hear me soon on the radio, and Joe has an appointment with you on Monday!  More details on Carol Greenwood's Facebook.  Gotta run for now!

National Cancer Survivors Day - Live Music at the Beach!

See What's Up for This Monday!

Get ready Second Life, I hear there's a birthday party coming your way - http://whatsupsoni.blogspot.com/2015/06/heres-birthday-boy.html

Not just another average Joe!

This guy's got Soul, Vision and a new LP -  [update, photos from the event]

I heard the buzz - over Facebook, Kara's Korner: Second Life Adventures, just about everywhere. The unveiling of Soul Vision's new LP is  - June 7, 4pm SLT @ Trax -
http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Trax/228/211/1000

I picked up his album on CD Baby last night, and my favorite track are Daddy's Childhood, One Way Heart (growing on me), the title track Soul Vision and of course the featured release from the collection - Mesmerized (hit material).   Yup Mesmerized does it for me.   Based on my years of RL radio experience, that single is killer.

So who is this guy!   He's not just another Joe (but he is Joe Borowsky) - definitely he is exceptionally talented.  His lyrics and music - smooth, elegant and passionate - call out to your heart, speaking of life's moments.  I am sure you will relate to one or all of his songs.  Let the music flow through you.

His web site tells his story.  I won't spoil it for you.   Just peek inside here. http://www.joeborowsky.com/biography/

I will be playing a few tracks from his new album during my show Slow Bake on SL Live Radio, 12-2PM SLT Sunday (today) at Misty Falls on-air studios.  More info on how to listen below.

Rockin' The Pier in Triplets

1- 2- 3-Go! G3! Go!  SL's Max brought a couple friends to the
party on The Pier.   Altogether they comprise G3.

Erik Anthony, Maximillion Kleene, and Gabriel da Silva performed exclusively Live on The Pier Saturday night.  Amazing performances - The 3 Guitar Triple Stream is something to witness, great timing between all three.  I remember a few years back when two streams were hard enough in Second Life.   Our musicians and technologies have come along way.   No apologies needed - smooth sailing on The Pier.

No excuse to miss out on a Max Kleene (and company) show, especially when you see all the boys will be there, with guitars in hand.  Excellent performances on everything - Max does a great job on Pink Floyd, btw.  Not many musicians can do that.   Hot show from all the G3 guys.
