Dualing Musicians

Under the Willow featured the live music of Gabryel Nyoki, AcousticEnergy Nitely, and Maximillion Kleene on Friday, April 29.

Gabe actually dual streamed with AE, and then did a few tunes with Max. Just a fun way to kick in the weekend at a beautiful mellow sim. Just some pics to capture highlights of the night.

Happy Birthday Club 9

Club*Nine*Owner Umberto Giano has to be a proud papa - his creation turned one Tuesday, April 26th, and everyone showed up to celebrate. DJs Azu Catteneo and Bren Betts split the night, with Azu first getting the party going, and Bren keeping it hot. Club 9 features the hottest music on the grid, and it serves up the mixes on Mondays and Thursdays. The pics above tell the story.....the music was hot and the patrons are cool! The night was EPIC PLUS!

Things Hoppin' at the Drow

A-sizeable-crowd brought in the long Easter weekend beginning Thursday at the Drunken Drow. Ande Foggarty amused and impressed with his range of tunes, from his serious renditions of Neil Young to some fun classics. Chip Takacs (vocals) and Truth Wizardly (guitar) took to the stage next with a bit of Clapton ("I Shot the Sherrif"), Seger ("Hollywood Nights"), John Lennon ("Imagine"), Santana ("Black Magic Woman"), and other rockin' tunes past the 11th hour.

Earlier at Kenzie's, Digby Smalls, AcousticEnergy Nitely, and Christopher135 Quan enthralled their fans!

Did You Miss Me?

BOSL Radio is now one year old. It happened when I was presenting at the annual National Broadcast Association Conference on the state of radio with some professional and academic colleagues in Las Vegas. But I am back to the Virtual from Vegas. Both Second Life and Vegas have something in common - what happens in Vegas and SL stays there, I think. Well I have not seen any news headlines about my activities. As wild and crazy Vegas is - the architecture, people, and entertainment, believe it or not, I missed Second Life music!!!! So here's some recent pics to share with you!

Saturday night, I enjoyed the sounds of TwinGhost (Happy Birthday!) and FunkyFreddy Republic at The Warehouse.

Sunday night I listened to Blu Ducrot at Key West Island, and he dedicated his first song to his late grandmother who recently passed - Long December by Counting Crows. The night was mellow, but Blu was in good spirits, saying his grandmother led a good life. Blu performed well, as always.
